Have full confidence in Medioptics. The Optometrist took the time to review my history as I've moved from interstate. He gave me time to ask questions and explained... read more things in a way I could understand. The girls out on the floor have a lot of experience so were able to explain the many options for both my day to day glasses and my computer/reading lenses where I also need to be able to see a customer or clock who are a short distance away. They are friendly, professional and patient with me when I'm trying to choose a new frame. As I can't see what a new frame looks like on me (as I can't see too much detail without my prescription in it!!). They are honest about how it looks, re colur shape, nose pads, etc) They will offer me the add extras like transition lenses, scratch resistance, etc but are not pushy. I have worn glasses since I was 2 years old, and have some bad experiences that were costly for me so having a service that I can trust in is vital for me, especially as I have to were my glasses for everything.

Always greeted with a smile and desired result achieved. Would never chose to go elsewhere 🙌👏👏👏
