Rory brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. After graduating from the prestigious QUT Optometry program in 2018 with both a Bachelor of Vision Science and a Master of Optometry, he began his career as an optometrist.
Rory's passion for eye care extends beyond the clinic. Prior to becoming an optometrist, he worked as a sleep scientist after completing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Physiology from Griffith University.
Rory is particularly dedicated to regional eye health, dry eye management, and anterior ocular surface disease. He is committed to serving these communities and has traveled to remote areas of Australia, including Birdsville and St George, to provide mobile optometry services. His dedication extends internationally, having volunteered in Nepal, offering eye care to the locals in the Annapurna Mountain range.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rory enjoys playing cricket and football (soccer), cooking, and traveling. He's thrilled to be living in Coffs Harbour and looks forward to meeting you at your next appointment
