I have gone to Greg Luke for many years now, I started going there because this is the only place to get Government glasses, then it was because of the excellent service. I have found Greg to not try to sell me what I don't need, give relevant advise and refer to a specialist when needed. I am sad he has retired now even though he deserves it. Just hope his replacement is as good as he was. I will know as soon as I can pick up my glasses from the store, he was definitely thorough in the eye exam.

I have only one thing to say. Excellent ..... I fully recommend Medioptics for your eyes

Been seeing Greg for nearly 10 years. Very happy with the service received. Can usually do walk-in appointments with little wait time.

Took my daughter here for a check up. Mr Dowdall was very professional and respectful in addressing myself and my daughter. He was thorough in his assessment of her eyes and previous scans done by other optometrists.

I’ve used Greg for 3 years now - stupidly went to specsavers once in that time. Bad mistake. Now keep all my eye business with Greg and his team. It may be more expensive than SS, but the quality and service don’t even compare. I’d highly recommend you keep it all with a local business, and Greg’s is the best (don’t even talk to me about the smelly smoker at OPSM that gives the worst customer service too)

Best optometry clinic in Coffs area. Family run with that old fashioned customer service. My son and I have a habit of breaking our glasses and these guys have come to our rescue several times. Lenses are ground on-site so you can get your glasses quickly.

Rory Dowdall is a wonderful, caring Optometrist. The girls in the show room are all happy and willing to assist whenever needed. They all provide a fantastic service to their clients. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, anticipated my needs based on previous visits and preferences. I was in and out within 35 minutes, had a full eye check & review and also selected (2) sets of frames. Fleur, Chloe & Rory were all super efficient and thorough at the same time.

The entire practice is professional, fun and they are so helpful in choosing the perfect frames for you which is super important. They stock a much better range of quality frames with the names if that suits you and also have budget ones so it suits everyone! Chloe is just amazing.
