Have been using Greg's service for the last 5 years or more. Always excellent efficient service, friendly people and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent service and on time for the appointment. He clarified my queries about diminishing vision, gave a thorough examination and wrote an updated script. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I have been dealing with this company for many many years. The original owner Gregs service was always spot on and now since his gorgeous daughter has taken over service is just as good. I live approximately 4hrs from Melbourne and most other orders I place online with other businesses can take over a week to arrive if not longer . My lense orders always arrive within 2 days tops and I have never had any issues with the products. Thank for the excellent service 👏 🙌 😀

Greg has been making special lenses for my "Spotters" frames for many years - and I live in Victoria!. He has an exceptional team (Hi Kath) and I'll be back again next year.

Have full confidence in Medioptics. The Optometrist took the time to review my history as I've moved from interstate. He gave me time to ask questions and explained things in a way I could understand. The girls out on the floor have a lot of experience so were able to explain the many options for both my day to day glasses and my computer/reading lenses where I also need to be able to see a customer or clock who are a short distance away. They are friendly, professional and patient with me when I'm trying to choose a new frame. As I can't see what a new frame looks like on me (as I can't see too much detail without my prescription in it!!). They are honest about how it looks, re colur shape, nose pads, etc) They will offer me the add extras like transition lenses, scratch resistance, etc but are not pushy. I have worn glasses since I was 2 years old, and have some bad experiences that were costly for me so having a service that I can trust in is vital for me, especially as I have to were my glasses for everything.

I have been going to Greg Luke's practice for years. The staff are always very professional and friendly. I have always had a thorough check up and any concerns I have, have been dealt with. I have always have been completely satisfied with the services and help offered.

The entire MediOptics team are super helpful. The optometrist Rory explains things in a no-nonsense easy to understand way. Chloe, Fleur, Emily and Pauline are all very friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to have an Optometry clinic in Coffs that is focussed on helping customers. MediOptics has a great selection of frames for your vision needs as well as a great selection of sunglasses. I love thst I’m able to get reading glasses and choose sunglass frames and get the prescription for them both done at the same time.

I have gone to Greg Luke for many years now, I started going there because this is the only place to get Government glasses, then it was because of the excellent service. I have found Greg to not try to sell me what I don't need, give relevant advise and refer to a specialist when needed. I am sad he has retired now even though he deserves it. Just hope his replacement is as good as he was. I will know as soon as I can pick up my glasses from the store, he was definitely thorough in the eye exam.

The entire practice is professional, fun and they are so helpful in choosing the perfect frames for you which is super important. They stock a much better range of quality frames with the names if that suits you and also have budget ones so it suits everyone! Chloe is just amazing.

The team at Medioptics are super friendly and ultra helpful. They won't try and upgrade your lense options to extras you don't need.

I’ve used Greg for 3 years now - stupidly went to specsavers once in that time. Bad mistake. Now keep all my eye business with Greg and his team. It may be more expensive than SS, but the quality and service don’t even compare. I’d highly recommend you keep it all with a local business, and Greg’s is the best (don’t even talk to me about the smelly smoker at OPSM that gives the worst customer service too)
